My sessions are informed by my extensive knowledge of ballet, yoga and anatomy and are tailored to enhance flexibility, build core strength, improve posture, and increase mental clarity. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, my personalized approach ensures that you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and welcoming environment.

I offer mat Pilates classes in Marlborough and the Pewsey vale, Wiltshire to suit all levels and needs.
